How Does the Booking Process Work
Submit Booking Inquiry
Enter all the information about your wedding day and we will get back to you with a custom price quote.
Sign Contract and Deposit
When you are ready to move forward with your proposal, we will send you a contract to sign and a 50% deposit is required
Trial run
We recommend all our client to schedule their trial run 2-3 month prior to their wedding date. This is where you and your artist will go over the makeup and hair look you desire for your wedding day.
Detail Finalizing / Timeline
Leading up to your wedding, we will gather all the final detail of heads count and any little detail prior to your wedding. Once we have all the information for your wedding, we will create a timeline for your wedding

Please enjoy your wedding day with your bridal parties and we will take care of everything for you!
Additional Information
- If services are scheduled to begin before 7:00 AM and after 6 PM, an Early/Late Call Fee of $100+ per stylist will be applied. This fee accounts for the additional time and preparation required for early morning appointments.
- If the travel time to reach the client exceeds 1 hour, an additional $100+ per stylist will be added to the balance.
A Holiday Service Fee of $200+ per stylist will be added to all services booked on major holiday weekends (i.e. Easter, Mother’s Day, Father Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day).
- A relocation fee of $50 per stylist will apply if our team is required to travel to an additional location and unpack/repack their kits (e.g., moving from a hotel to the venue or returning to a different location). Our stylists will travel within a 5-mile radius to the new location at no additional cost. If the distance exceeds 5 miles, an additional travel fee will apply based on the distance.
Traveling Fee & Parking Fee
- Travel fees are $50 within 30 miles of Beauty By Anh’s Home Studio in Duluth, GA. An additional travel fee will apply if multiple stylists are required to travel to your wedding or event.
- Travel beyond 30 miles will incur an additional fee of $2 per mile (round trip)per artist,calculated once the final getting-ready location is confirmed.
- For locations more than 50 miles away, a different travel fee structure may apply. The company will provide the final travel fee once the location is confirmed.
- For locations requiring more than 1 hour of one-way travel, an additional travel fee starting at $100 per artist will apply. Final fees may vary based on total distance, travel time, and schedule requirements.
- All parking fees (including valet or hotel parking) are the responsibility of the client.
